We are in the business of building a better food system where farmers can earn a living through access to consistent sales outlets and all people have access to nutritious food. We do this by:
Crop Planning
We facilitate pre-season conversations between farmers and purchasers to grow what is needed.
Farmer Support
Everything we do centers the needs of farmers. We are increasing market access and support services to Oklahoma producers.
Aggregation/Distribution
We aggregate local products from many small farmers and deliver them on a weekly basis.
Online Ordering
We maintain an updated online inventory for easy ordering 50 weeks of the year!
Our Impact
The OKC Food Hub regularly collects detailed information on how much local food is being purchased, from whom, and where it goes. This de-identified, aggregate information is invaluable for showing impact, conducting research, and informing policy around local food system development, producer support, and nutritious food access.
